A: We offer a free 15 minute consultation either online or in-person as we want to make sure you feel we would be a good fit

A: Sessions typically last 60 minutes. Longer sessions may be arranged if needed.

A: Yes, we offer both in person-and virtual sessions, both of which can be booked on our website.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: I require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee.
Q: What if my partner refuses to come to counselling?
A: While couples counselling can be beneficial and ideal if reconciliation is the goal, individual counselling is also quite powerful. I can help you focus on your healing and growth, regardless of your partner’s participation.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept cash, cheque and e-Transfers.
Q: Are you a registered psychotherapist?
A: No, I am not a registered psychotherapist. My qualifications include a degree in Psychology, extensive training in counselling, and personal experience with the issues I address.
Q: Can I claim sessions through my insurance or benefits?
A: No, you cannot claim your sessions through insurance or extended health benefits. However, our services are affordable and provide great value for the personalized support you’ll receive.
